This case comes before us on appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania confirming the findings óf a special master with reference to a claim presented in a corporate reorganization proceeding under the National Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq. The claim is based upon a breach of contract by the debtor, Kellett Aircraft Corporation, to make and assemble certain stall showers for Amerform Corporation.
