OPINION
DRAUGHN, Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment awarding damages for the sinking of a shrimp boat during Hurricane Alicia. Following a nonjury trial, the court awarded appellees Richard and Genevieve Monteau the fair market value of the vessel, the cost of raising it and attorney’s fees.
