OPINION

ONION, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order entered in a habeas corpus proceeding in the 128th District Court of Orange County remanding appellant to custody for extradition to the State of Louisiana.

At the habeas hearing the State introduced into evidence the Executive Warrant of the Governor of Texas, regular on its face, and the Requisition of the Governor of Louisiana.
