Terry Darray Best was indicted for two counts of unlawfully breaking and entering a vehicle, violations of § 13A-8-11(b), Ala. Code 1975;1 one count of burglary in the third degree, a violation of § 13A-7-7, Ala. Code 1975;2 and one count of receiving stolen property in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-8-17, Ala. Code 1975.3 These four offenses were consolidated for purposes of trial.
