This is a personal injury case. Paul 0. Davis, appellant (plaintiff), brought suit against appellee (defendant), Snider Industries (Snider), a non-subscriber of worker’s compensation insurance, seeking damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained while employed by Snider. Davis alleged that he sustained a hernia and injuries to his lower back while in the process of winding the landing gear on a trailer dolly owned by Snider.
