Gabriel Werdene (“Werdene”) was indicted on September 17, 2015 on one count of possessing and attempting to possess child pornography pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252(a)(4)(B) and (b)(2). The indictment was based on evidence obtained during a June 17,-2015 search of Werdene’s Bensa-lem, Pennsylvania home, which was conducted in accordance with a warrant issued by a magistrate judge in this judicial district.
