This is a case stated in assumpsit. The agreed facts are, briefly, as follows: Charlotte Powers, a widow, of the City of Potts-ville, Schuylkill County, died testate on December 1, 1927, survived by one child, Katharine P. Shaffer, plaintiff herein, whose husbánd, Frank A. Shaffer, is still living. Testatrix left sufficient personal property to pay all the claims against her estate, as well as the bequests provided in her will, all of which bequests have been paid in full.
