Schaper (Successor Trustee) appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to Shriners’ Hospital for Children and Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital (collectively referred to as “Hospitals”) in Hospitals’ action for equitable relief in regard to a Living Trust (Trust) established by Anna V.
