OPINION

WALKER, Chief Justice.

This is a suit for personal injuries brought by Mary Sciarrilla as a result of an automobile accident which occurred on September 12,1991. Plaintiff, now appellant, Mary Sci-arrilla, filed suit against defendant, now ap-pellee, Michael K. Osborne, claiming that he was negligent in causing the automobile accident made the basis of this suit. Plaintiff contended that defendant came into her lane and forced her vehicle off the road, causing the plaintiffs vehicle to flip over numerous times.
