Homer Stark presents his petition for writ of mandamus, requesting that we direct the district court to vacate its order for transfer and consolidation of relator’s district court claims with the administration of the estate of Nelda Stark in the County Court at Law of Orange County and that we direct the county court at law to vacate its order of acceptance.
