MEMORANDUM OPINION
LATCHUM, Chief Judge.
This case is before the Court on the application of plaintiff, Alfred Avins, for a preliminary injunction enjoining the defendant, Widener College, Inc., its officers, agents, employees and those of its subsidiary, Delaware Law School of Widener College, Inc., from taking any action to dismiss the plaintiff from his position as professor of law at Delaware Law School.
