This bankruptcy appeal presents several questions concerning the propriety of the Bankruptcy Court’s order exempting an action on an alleged joint obligation against the bankrupt and his wife from automatic stay and postponing discharge of the bankrupt’s debts pending completion of the action in state court. Appellant Martin C. Magee, the bankrupt, noticed an appeal from two orders entered by the Bankruptcy Judge.
