These two cases were filed separately but by consent of the parties were consolidated for the purpose of the trial in the district court. The suits are exactly alike, except that one was institutéd by Bruce Nunez, who is the assistant district attorney in and for the Parish of St. Bernard, in the Twenty-fifth Judicial District, and the other suit was instituted by Rudolph M.
