This action was brought to recover for services in teaching in the common schools of appellee, alleged to have been performed at its request. Appellee’s de*340murrer for want of facts was sustained to each paragraph of the complaint, and appellant refused to plead further. Judgment rendered in favor of appellee. The action of the court in sustaining said demurrer is challenged by the assignment of errors.
