Appeal from a decision of the Workers’. Compensation Board, filed May 13, 2002, which ruled, inter alia, that claimant’s application for review of a Workers’ Compensation Law Judge’s decision was untimely.

In November 1991, claimant was involved in a work-related accident. An employer’s report of injury was filed with the Workers’ Compensation Board several days later specifying injury to the left hip.
