I respectfully dissent from the conclusions reached in the majority opinion. That opinion states that the only question before the courts at this time, in the instant matter, is whether the commissioner has jurisdiction to determine that the warden shall or shall not be retained in the state service, or whether the commissioner has been deprived of such jurisdiction by the proceedings mentioned above.
