Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 31, 1977, which affirmed the decision of a referee sustaining the initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner disqualifying claimant from receiving benefits effective October 19, 1976 because he lost his employment through misconduct in connection therewith. The referee found as follows: claimant was a child care worker in a temporary shelter for PINS and juvenile delinquents.
