We granted David Svendsen’s petition to review a Court of Appeals decision (1) affirming a judgment, based on a jury verdict, for damages in favor of Svendsen and against John L. Scott, Inc., and one of its agents, Connie Edwards, for Edwards’ fraudulent concealment of a defect, but (2) reversing an award to Svendsen of additional damages and attorney fees under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), chapter 19.86 RCW.
