Chapter 13 DECISION AND ORDER ON DEBTOR’S MOTIONS TO EXPUNGE/SEAL BANKRUPTCY RECORDS The debtor chose to delegate her financial affairs to her adult daughter via a durable power of attorney. Several years after she delegated that authority, her daughter filed bankruptcy on behalf of her mother, but without her mother’s knowledge. Now, the debtor-mother asks to have the records of those surreptitious bankruptcy filings expunged or sealed.…
