This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 7]. For the following reasons, the Court DENIES the motion.
I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff John Según Edobor is a citizen of Canada and Liberia and a lawful permanent resident of the United States. (Compl. ¶ 19.)
