MEMORANDUM OPINION
GOODMAN, P.J.
¶ 1 This is Lorraine King’s (King) appeal from a portion of the trial court’s April 23, 1998, order denying her attempt to collect a judgment lien against Jimmy R. Towe (Towe) by sheriffs sale of real property once owned by Towe but now owned by appellee CMH, Inc. Based upon our review of the law and facts, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
