1Opinion of the Court

HOWARD W. BRILL, Chief Justice ‘

11 Appellant Tevarius Tevon Green appeals an order of the Mississippi County Circuit Court convicting him of capital murder and sentencing him to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. For reversal, Green argues that the circuit court abused its discretion by admitting into evidence a photograph of the victim at the crime scene. Because this is a criminal appeal in which life imprisonment without parole has been imposed, this court has jurisdiction pursuant to Arkansas Supreme Court Rule l-2(a)(2) (2015). We affirm.
