OPINION AND ORDER
BESOSA, District Judge.
Before the Court is appellant Julio Enrique Gil De La Madrid’s appeal from a judgment issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puer-to Rico (“Bankruptcy Court”). (Docket No. 5.) For the reasons discussed below, the Court AFFIRMS the Bankruptcy Court’s judgment.
I. Background
