Plaintiff Lee Ferguson, Jr., brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review a final decision of the Social Security Commissioner (the “Commissioner”) finding that he was not disabled.1 The Commissioner issued a final decision, in accordance with the ruling of an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), denying Mr. Ferguson’s ' claim for Disability Income Benefits (“DIB”) under Title II of the Social Security Act.
