MONTEMURO, Judge:

This is an appeal from the May 8, 1989, Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, wherein the court, following a jury trial, denied post-trial motions and awarded delay damages. We affirm.

In September of 1982, appellant, Vasilios Nicholaides, was a guest at the University City Holiday Inn located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Appellee University Hotel Associates owned the hotel, and appellee Continental Services operated it.
