OPINION OF THE COURT
TASHIMA, Circuit Judge.
Appellants Bruce Marks and Marks, LLC d/b/a Marks & Solokov, LLC (together, “Marks”), appeal the District Court’s dismissal of their complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. We will affirm.1
