This is an appeal, from a decision of-the Commissioner of Patents affirming the decision of the Examiner of Trade-marks denying appellant’s application for the registration of a composite trademark, consisting of an'Outline-tracing of a fairly accurate map-of *873die Dominion of Canada, and die words “Canada Dry” appearing in large print across the map, for use on maltless beverages sold as soft drinks. The specimens filed with the application show the use of them on ginger ale.
