for the Court.

¶ 1. In this negligence, defective-design and faulty product-inspection case, the question presented is whether the trial court abused its discretion when it dismissed the plaintiffs claims without prejudice, pursuant to Mississippi Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). Because we find ample evidence in the record to support the trial court’s decision, we affirm.
