|2The plaintiff, Jeffrey L. Soudelier, Jr., filed this maritime action after he was injured in a work-related accident aboard defendants’ vessel. Defendants, PBC Management, Inc., Florida Marine Transporters, Inc. and Florida Marine, LLC, filed a motion for partial summary judgment, contending that Mr. Soudelier failed to produce any evidence to support a finding of liability under either general maritime law or Jones Act.
