The suit was brought by Miss Gribson to recover damages of defendant below for her alleged seduction. Plaintiff below states that her seduction was accomplished by defendant in December, 1914, and the relations between them established at that time continued until about July, 1915. Defendant denies that he had any illicit relations with plaintiff at any time, and offered proof to show that plaintiff was not a chaste woman at the time of her alleged seduction.
