FOURNET, Justice.
The plaintiff, Joseph S. Aucoin, as the owner of an undivided half interest in a lot measuring 200 feet by 115 feet, the northern boundary fronting on U. S. Highway No. 90 and the eastern boundary running along a shell road intersecting the highway, instituted this suit against John J. Greenwood, Sr., the owner of the other undivided half interest in the lot, to have the property owned by them in common, as well as the buildings and improvements thereon, partitioned in kind.
