OPINION and ORDER
KOELTL, District Judge.
The defendants in this action are current and former directors of the debtor, Formica Corporation (“Formica”). The plaintiff, a former officer of Formica, has sued the defendants for various causes of action arising out of the alleged wrongful interference with his employment contract that allegedly caused a loss of $5,135,000. The plaintiff has now moved pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) to withdraw the reference of this action to the bankruptcy court.
