— Convicted of bigamy, defendant appeals from the judgment sentencing him to a term of three years and six months in the penitentiary. He has filed no brief in this court, and we, therefore, look to the motion for a new trial for his assignments of error. Those sufficiently preserved for appellate review are limited to a challenge of the sufficiency of the evidence, and alleged prejudicial error in the giving and refusal of instructions.
