Now before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and/or Improper Venue, or in the alternative, for Transfer of Venue filed by Defendants Paul Gay (Gay), Rob Rollins (Rollins), and Aerostar, Inc.
