In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, plaintiff appeals from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 22, 1975, which is in favor of defendants, upon the trial court’s dismissal of the complaint at the close of plaintiff’s case, at a jury trial, and (2) an order of *664the same court, entered April 29, 1976, which denied plaintiffs motion for supervised disclosure of nonparty witnesses.
