The defendant, Sidney Sutphen (Sut-phen), appeals pro se from a Superior Court judgment awarding Joseph Catelli (Catelli or plaintiff) possession of an apartment and $588 in damages, plus interest and costs. This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument pursuant to an order directing the parties to show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided.
