On April 10, 2015, John Hithon (“Hi-thon”) filed his application for attorneys’ fees on appeal, along with supporting evidence and affidavits. (Doc. 490). Defendant Tyson Foods,- Inc. (“Tyson”) responded with objections. (Doc. 492). Hithon replied, *1256along with a motion to strike the attorney-affidavits attached to Tyson’s response. (Docs. 494 &. 495).
