This matter involves cross-appeals filed by Cynthia Costante (Claimant) and Louis Cie-coni Auto Body (Employer) from the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed in part and modified in part the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Claimant’s fatal claim petition as it related to her and granting the petition on behalf of Claimant’s two minor children.
