Archibald Lemasters filed a bill in chancery against Rachel Moreland and James Stagg. The. object of the bill is to obtain a decree against Mrs. Moreland, for the specific performance of a parol contract, which the complainant made with her in the year 1833, for a certain lot of ground in the town of Indianapolis. The bill avers, that the complainant entered into possession of the premises under the contract, and made valuable improvements; and that he has paid the purchase-money.
