GUITTARD, Chief Justice.

At issue in this cause is the appealability of three orders of the probate court con cerning venue and jurisdiction of the court in an action affecting title to land. We hold that all are interlocutory, and, accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.

Appellee Jo Hazel Henderson Lett sued to set aside conveyances of certain realty by her deceased husband to appellant Dudley Grounds.
