dissenting:
I respectfully dissent from the majority’s conclusion that plaintiff's injury did not result from an accident arising out and in the course of plaintiff’s employment. Plaintiff contends that on 3 September 1991, he injured his left elbow while operating a master carver machine. The majority concludes that there is competent evidence in the record to support the Industrial Commission’s finding (hereinafter Commission) that plaintiff’s testimony regarding the cause of that accident was not credible and on that basis that compensation should not be awarded.
