This is an appeal in admiralty. The case grew out of a collision between the schooners “ Clara ” and the “ Julia Newell,” on the 25th of February,-1874, inside the Delaware Breakwater. The owners of the latter vessel libelled the former.... The libel was dismissed bejow. Hence this appeal. .
