Plaintiff United Rentals, Inc. (“United”) commenced this suit against Lawrence Pruett (“Pruett”), its former employee, on September 23, 2003, alleging breach of the restrictive covenants in Pruett’s Employment Agreement with United. United seeks a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against Pruett.
