Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Murray F. Tuley, Judge, presiding. Maria L. Taylor was the owner in fee of lot 4, in block 16, in Burrell’s addition to Chicago, and on the 13th of June, 1871, she and her husband, Frank C. Taylor, -conveyed it, in trust, to Ira Scott, trustee, and to his successors in trust, and the deed was duly recorded a day or so afterwards.
