On January 21, 2014, a Hearing Board comprised of attorney JOHN M. LEBSACK, citizen member BARBARA A. MILLER, and the Presiding Disciplinary Judge, WILLIAM R. LUCERO ("the PDJ"), held a reinstatement hearing pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.29(d) and 251.18. Timothy J. Essling ("Petitioner") appeared pro se, and Gregory G.
