|,The owner of a liquor store seeks in this action a judgment declaring a local police jury ordinance invalid. Enacted in 1975, the ordinance requires the Sunday closure of establishments which sell liquor in the district within the parish where plaintiffs business is located. Plaintiff as serts that a 1986 statute requires all Sunday closing laws to be enacted by a special vote of the electorate.
