Appeal from an order of the Surrogate’s Court of St. Lawrence County (Nelson, S.), entered January 2, 1990, which dismissed petitioner’s application to vacate the surrender of her infant daughter to respondent for adoption.

Petitioner is the mother of three children, the eldest of whom, Elizabeth, was born on February 17, 1982. Apparently Elizabeth was molested when she was four years old and both she and petitioner received counseling in an attempt to resolve subsequent problems.
