MEMORANDUM OPINION
HENRY L. HESS, JR., Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the court upon the trustee’s motion for summary judgment on his complaint to avoid an alleged preferential transfer to the defendants. The defendants have cross-moved for summary judgment on the complaint. The court heard oral argument from the parties on June 11, 1984. Based upon the parties’ motions, affidavits and oral arguments, it appears that the following facts are not disputed:
