Plaintiff, Louis Ziemba, brought this action in ejectment, claiming to be the owner and entitled to possession of a portion of the northeast quarter of Section 1, Township* 16 North, Range 5 West of the 6th P. M., and part of the southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 17 North, Range 5 West of the 6th P. M., in Nance County. All of such land was originally on the south side of the Loup River but now is on the north side thereof. Defendants Leona T. Zeller and Robert C.
