Both plaintiff and defendant take issue with the judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff in this non-jury contract case. Larry Winkler (“plaintiff”), a manufacturer’s representative, sued his former employer, Fleetline Products, Inc. (“defendant”), seeking to recover commissions on sales made on behalf of defendant follow*341ing the termination of plaintiffs employment.
